At Baby Cotton Cakes, we value your business and want you to be delighted with your diaper cake! However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will e-mail you instructions for returning the product. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Upon receiving your returned item, we will issue a full refund, minus the cost of the original shipping. The returned item must be received by us in its original condition in order to issue your refund. The refund will be credited using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. 

We will never share or sell your personal information. You have our word.

During the checkout process, you will be directed to the secure payment form on Paypal's website. Paypal goes to great lengths to protect buyers by encrypting the information you provide during payment with the "highest level commercially available" (see Paypal's info on data encryption). What information is collected? 

For billing and delivery purposes, you will be asked to provide your: name, street address, city, province, postal code, e-mail address, credit card information, and phone number. If you wish to have the diaper cake delivered to an address other than your own, you will also be asked to provide that information.

Who will see my information? What will be done with it? 

Credit Card Information:

Only Paypal will have this information and will use it to process the payment for your order. 

Personal Information (i.e., name, address, etc.):

1. Paypal will collect some personal information in order to process your payment.
2. We will use this information to send the diaper cake to you or the new parents, and to e-mail you confirmation of payment and shipping.
3. If you consent, we may periodically send you special offers by e-mail.
4. Canada Post will see the name and address of the person to whom the package is being delivered.

In the rare event that legal authorities request your information, we will comply.
